Tesla not so good for launching a boat?! Beware the water!

Wow.
Well, that's a sort of problem I'll never have because I don't have a boat nor a jetski and neither an electric car :D

Yeah, I think that's a radical example of what you might call "first-world problem:" you need a Tesla, a watercraft, and easy access to recreational waterways.

Beware of saltwater is the message I got, also set the parking brake when on a slope and not in the vehicle.

I don't have any experience with towing/launching water craft but it seems like trucks - like F150 - often back their rears partially in the water, at least several inches up the rear tire, in various vids. Not sure any EV is rated for backing into water at all. I wonder about Ford and Rivian EV trucks - maybe something to think about :)

We call it bloop bloop bloop ... like when the bubbles break the surface when a car sinks.
Most always user error and slime growing on the ramp or a combination of both .
People will bring lawn chairs and coolers and literally hang out at boat ramps all day for entertainment.
And there are channels on youtube of guys literally filming ramps for hours waiting for something just like this.
And it's not just Teslas but any car submerged underwater especially salt water is pretty much a write off.
