Dala's Battery-Emulator

Outstanding work! I'm reading through the battery pages on your wiki. Instead of stationary storage, could this project allow a battery to be used as a drop-in substitute for other EVs, if the volt and amp range is a match and it can be securely mounted (and I do the extra work on spoofing and/or translating communication)? For example, could the emulator allow full control of a whole Tesla battery's BMS, contactors, HV output, charge port signaling, and so on, so that it could be placed in a DIY conversion EV? I'm not aware of another project that generifies proprietary batteries like this. I've been working with individual Tesla Model S modules, but if this could make "black box" packs like the Model 3 usable as a sealed unit on other EVs, that would open up a lot of possibilities.

If there's a more appropriate solution, please point me that way :)
That would be ZombieVerter https://openinverter.org/wiki/ZombieVerter_VCU

5.6.0 has now been released! Fixes for Solax, CPU load, Triplet batteries and i3 batteries. Check out the release notes below!

New battery added to v5.8.0 ! It is now possible to use a Pylon compatible battery, and emulate it as BYD/SMA/Solax etc. Very useful incase you have a Pylon HV battery, and want to re-use it with another inverter.

Check out the massive release notes for 5.8.0 below!
