2600mAh is rather obvious given Samsungs naming scheme :)

However, as it is the case with most ICR batteries this isn't a high discharge /high drain /power cell. The datasheets from the other ICR18650-26x versions all state a maximum discharge of 5.2A. It is a reasonable assumption that it is the same for the D version.
 
Believe the ICRs are 5a (2C), and the INRs are 25a (12C) continuous and 30aA (15C)?

Believe the ICR is based on cobalt, and INR is based on nickel, giving the better pulse/continuous rates.
 
I have a bunch of those and can not find the specs anywhere!!! how weird!
