Review: an 8-cell powerbank/charger from China

I bought 3 of these for less than $7 each postpaid, but the price has gone up (now $7.70)! I still think it is a great buy. All 3 work perfectly, and charge to 4.2V. My only reservations are that

1. it has no ribs between cells, so the case may fail eventually using it open.
2. The capacity readout is in %, not volts.
3. You cannot re-open the case without destroying the tabs that hold it closed
