Nice work, again! It seems even the 0.19mm fuse wire doesn't add any extra protection over the 0.25mm. Both take an excessive amount of current. I'll be sticking with the 0.24mm for my project. I feel it offers enough protection for my needs.

I did retest yours with the new tester, Id have to look at the vid again but I think yours pops around 26-28 amps jfyi.

I think that was a very good test. In my tests, I connected my fuse directly to heavier wire. The upside is defiantly one cell can dump 20 plus amps for an instant so I'm still very happy with my choice. Moving forward I will be using the new thinner wire just because I don't have to burn off the coating that really sucks up some time. Thanks very much for the time and effort. Cheers mate!
