I hate to be mean but that was kindof obnoxious. I turned it off before the first minute as even up. I can't even tell what he's doing, all he did was wave the camera around and grunt LOL. Did he build a really big 42kw ebike?

It might be that way if you havnt watched his other vids, bruno is a bit over the top.
This is a side project for him as he is pretty busy day to day doing repairs and custom builds

Usually he does short vids that end with him yelling 'so much power'

This particular vid was very jump edited, mainly as a teaser update for ppl to let them know its still on the burner.

Hes a really nice guy who is up on the engineering side, so i really enjoy. Ignore the mexican sounding rant and youll be all good.
He usually showcases the new stuff that hes been working on in the shop, that he then takes out to check out personally. If it impresses him then he does a short vid and screams the praises of the new toy.

kind regards

I've got a friend who was talking about putting a 1MW (peak I assume) elevator motor in a car. I expect the same sort of catastrophic amount of power from putting a 42kW drive in an ebike. At least he's replacing the rear wheel with a motorcycle one, so spokes don't instantly snap.

Thats the issue with my ebike, spoke snappage. I had to build a wooden mag enclosure to support the whole structure. Ghetto, but it works.

Another teaser update

Cant wait to see him smoke this thing on the pavement

You mean the tyres right ?
Cause smoking the wiring loom, motor windings or controllers isn't that repeatable.

Its on the ground popping 300A breaker

Lunatics, love the green approach with wood, just like one of my home projects <grins>
