Hahah, maybe. I wonder what is in there. I can't tell how many cells are supposed to be in there. However, for the price you get a charger, solar panel/charger, and case. So that might be worth it in the end even if the cells have to be replaced.

Its NOT 30Ah atleast. Check the weight. Its fake. At most 12Ah if i would pick a guess. But doubt that too.

Hahah, wow. not even half. That's why to always ask others viewpoint before goin ahead and buying stuff. Do yer research

4.8Ah :)

Yeah i have someting like that and that one had around 6Ah. But no solar.

Thanks Stefaan. Definitely a DUD! I thought there were 18650's or similarly sized. Sucks that it uses a pouch. Kinda makes it hard to redesign that way.

So, all in all, this is absolutely Rubbish! I almost feel ashamed for having posted this. However, it's an educational bit of information for others to not buy this unit.

but no real batteryholder, you will need to solder your pack in 5P I think

and the chargingcurrent will be 160mA, max

Stefaan

yep, that's the exact same unit. I wonder how well they would perform with real cells. As far out as output and charging. That's the exact same case that is in the link I started with.

Might be something to look into for building. I know we keep all our high mAh cells, but when someone starts to go over what they really want/need, could use them in making these. Could be a source of extra income.
Make the "real" battery banks at a bargain price. I wonder if, in the end, it'd be all worth it, though.
