Found a datasheet (attached)for an LG ICR18650P2 (or possibly CP2) that claims the following:

Capacity: 2000mAH (1950mAH min.)
Voltage: 3.7V
Standard Charge: 0.5C (975mA) to 4.2V, 50mA cutoff
Max Charge: 1.0C (1950mA)
Standard Discharge: 0.2C (390mA) to 3.0V
Max Discharge: 1.5C (2925mA)
Cycle Life: 400 cycles (at 0.5C charge/discharge) to 80% capacity (1560mAH)

I also found these cells in an original HP battery, typical 3s2p, claims to be 10.8V and 43Wh, so I guess 2000mAh is the cerrect value for this cell.
