This cell can be charged at 2A/1C, which means its capacity is 2000mAh/2Ah, at a maximum voltage of 4.2V.

I also found this page which gives detailed specifications, but the cell looks different. I'm not sure if it's the same brand? It has the same logo, but am not sure what to think about the wrapper difference.

Huh? What are you talking about? I didnt even visit the page you linked ?. But I don't knoe if it's the same cell as you said, I only looked on that datasheet for finding the cell's properties.
It's better to over engineer something than to cheap out.

The page you linked to does not give full specifications for the cell. The page I linked to does, but the wrapper is different. I'm asking why and if it's reliable. Your page doesn't give enough information to add here.
