I have opened a pack with 6 similar marked cells, well almost:

Marking: ICR18650-23A-APOKIN CMICR18650F5-5DA

These has a white top ring.

Further info, Battery pack is marked: Replace PA3399U-1BAS 10.8 V 4400 mAh

PCB is marked APK-TS3399Y-BQ3060 V/A1 D20100813

I think this is genuine 2300 mAh cells sold as OEM or as secondary stock, read a little less capacity.

I will add the capacities I find later.

:p Cells has now been tested and they look Great :D

Tested @ 1 Amp discharge: 2230, 2324, 2326, 2328, 2409 and 2418 mAh

Looks like the trailing characters are actually part of the model number. Just tested a pack of 9 cells. Same model as your original posting.

I just havested a lot of cells (680 pieces of them) , which have the same model number, but other color.
by my opinion and after some resaerch, I think the "CM" stands for the chinese compan "CHAM".
They have copied the oiginal ICR and sold them with their "CM" in front.
I found them in the powerpack of a e-scooter, imported from China to Germany.
They have 2200mAh nominal.
